Medical Benefits

Full time employees will be eligible for our regular insurance benefits on the first of the month following 30 days of employment. Your benefit enrollment period begins on your first day of work and will end 30 days from that date. Benefit eligibility is calculated annually which provides you the opportunity to take time off between assignments while still maintaining your benefits. The annual requirement equates to working a minimum average of 24 hours per week per year.

Working more than 24 hours each week during a travel assignment could provide additional time off between assignments while still meeting benefit eligibility. You will be eligible for vacation with accrual starting immediately and sick pay annually. Accrued vacation can be utilized after your first assignment.

Traveling Clinician Compensation
All of our travelers receive a competitive hourly rate and a stipend to help with housing, meals, and incidentals. In addition to the stipend, we pay for air travel or mileage at the beginning and end of the assignment. Our competitive stipends are designed so you don’t have to worry about getting reimbursed for expenses or tracking receipts.

Rates are determined by years of experience and the region in which you’re traveling to.
